What types of cars do you sell on your platform?

We sell new cars, used cars, luxury cars, sports cars, etc. In other words, we have something for everyone.

How do I know if the car that I’m buying is in good condition?

We use a combination of methods to ensure the cars on our platform are in good condition. For example, we have our own inspection and reconditioning processes as well as quality control measures to ensure every vehicle that is posted on our platform meets the highest quality standards.

Do your cars and parts come with any warranties or guarantees?

We offer limited warranties for the vehicles we sell. These warranties may cover certain parts or systems for a set duration or mileage. We also have return policies that allow buyers to return a vehicle within a certain period if they are unsatisfied with their purchase.

How long is the waiting period after placing an order?

The amount of time you have to wait after placing an order for a car or auto parts will depend on various factors. In some cases, you may receive your order within a few days if the item is in stock and the seller can ship it quickly. However, if the item is out of stock or needs to be sourced from another location, it may take longer to receive your order.

What information should I provide when creating a listing?

Here are some key details you should consider including in your listing:

  • Condition of the vehicle (including any known issues or defects)
  • Features and options (such as power windows, heated seats, etc.)
  • Service history and maintenance records

  • Number of owners and accident history

What happens if there is a dispute or issue with the sale?

We offer mediation to help facilitate a resolution between the buyer and seller. This may involve contacting both parties to gather information about the issue and working to find a mutually acceptable solution.

How will I receive payment for my car?

You can accept the payment through bank or online transfers. In case the buyer is local, you can also set up a meetup with them and take cash.

What happens if a buyer backs out of the sale?

If a buyer withdraws from the sale, you should relist the vehicle for sale or find another buyer. However, if you have already received the payment, then you may need to refund it.

Can I rent out a car on your platform?

Yes, we allow car rentals as well. If you do not use your car on a regular basis, you can make extra income by offering it to people who need it for a short period of time through our website.
